• Usage Data: Our websites generate audio tones locally in your browser using the Web Audio API. No audio data is transmitted to our servers.
• Local Storage: Some preferences (volume settings, breath cycle counts) may be stored in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
• Contact Information: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

THE WAAY (severythingduke.com) is available free to everyone and requires no account or personal information.
