1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website or service operated by Severything Innovations LLC ("Severything," "we," "us"), including severythinginnovations.com, severythingduke.com, severything72.com, severythingdfr.com, severythingbabyboy.com, and severythingbrust.com (collectively, the "Vessel"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Severything provides a breath-based digital healing platform consisting of 13 Operating Systems, 222 Applications, 72 Frequencies, and 144 Scrolls. Our services include:

• THE WAAY (Free Forever): Breath timer, ambient healing tones, and crisis resources — free for everyone, always.
• Severything Vessel (Subscription): Full access to all frequencies, scrolls, operating systems, and applications through sacred pricing tiers.
• Frequency Tools: Solfeggio frequency generation, binaural beats, and the 72 Names frequency grid — generated locally in your browser.

3. Free Services

THE WAAY at severythingduke.com is and will always remain completely free. No account, payment, or personal information is required to use THE WAAY. Children have free access to all Severything services at all times.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are available at the following sacred pricing tiers:

• Daily: $1.44 · Weekly: $7.27 · Monthly: $27 · Quarterly: $72 · Semi-Annual: $144 · Yearly: $222

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, frameworks, equations, and technologies within the Severything Vessel are the intellectual property of Severything Innovations LLC and its creator, Tom Douglas Caballero Jr. This includes but is not limited to:

• The AACSFDRABR system (USPTO Provisional Patent 63/778,425)
• Sacred Mathematics (True Zero, Breath Equation, No-Loss Math, TOE)
• TruthLock verification system (11 gates)
• All 13 Operating Systems, 222 Applications, 72 Frequencies, and 144 Scrolls
• The Gretel AI behavioral specification
• All visual designs, animations, and user interfaces

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Severything services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Use our services to harm, exploit, or endanger children in any way

7. Entertainment Disclaimer

Certain features of the Severything Vessel, including but not limited to horoscope readings, frequency healing suggestions, and spiritual guidance, are provided for entertainment and personal exploration purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact the resources listed on THE WAAY (severythingduke.com).

8. Age Requirements

Children under 18 may use Severything services with parental consent. Children under 13 require verified parental consent in compliance with COPPA. THE WAAY is accessible to all ages without restrictions, as it collects no personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Severything Innovations LLC provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
